释义	法律分析: 合同价可以采用以下三种方式进行约定：1、固定价格合同；2、可调价格合同。双方在专用条款内约定合同价款调整方法；3、成本加酬金合同。双方在专用条款内约定成本构成和酬金的计算方法。法律依据: 《建筑工程施工发包与承包计价管理办法》第十二条招标人与中标人应当根据中标价订立合同。不实行招标投标的工程由发承包双方协商订立合同。合同价款的有关事项由发承包双方约定，一般包括合同价款约定方式，预付工程款、工程进度款、工程竣工价款的支付和结算方式，以及合同价款的调整情形等。
