释义	机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分达到12分的，应当在十五日内到机动车驾驶证核发地或者违法行为地公安机关交通管理部门接受为期七日的道路交通安全法律，法规和相关知识的教育。每天学习时间不少于三个小时，主要是学习驾驶员理论和警示教度育片车祸视频。扣12分，只需要进行理论学习，合格后，重新拿驾照。在一个记分周期内有两次以上达到12分，或者累积记分达到24分以上的，需要进行路考。法律依据《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十八条
