释义	转让合同手写有效，合同只要双方协商一致，意思表达真实，内容不违反法律规定，不存在欺诈、胁迫，没有显失公平，手写的合同同样有效。如果打印部分是事先制定好的格式条款(为重复使用而定制的)，那么手写的部分与打印的格式条款相冲突的。《民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
