释义	法律分析: 在不同国家结婚算重婚。如果行为人具有故意的主观心态，并且实施了有配偶而又重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为的，构成重婚罪的，可对行为人处二年以下的有期徒刑或者拘役。婚姻不分国界，进行登记结婚即构成合法的夫妻关系。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿：重婚；与他人同居；实施家庭暴力；虐待、遗弃家庭成员；有其他重大过错。
