精神文明奖发放范围

法律分析：精神文明奖，是各级精神文明建设委员会考核评比各机关单位、企业、社会团体等的公民道德文明建设和科学文化建设等方面的突出表现。评比有县区级的，也有市、省级的，奖励以物质为辅，以精神奖励为主。但实际上，因参评的范围广，各地都将精神文明奖作为机关事业单位工作人员的年终奖，甚至企业、社会团体也参照发放。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第四条 用人单位应当依法建立和完善规章制度，保障劳动者享有劳动权利和履行劳动义务。
