问题	船舶船名登记有什么要求
释义	一艘船舶只准使用一个名称。船名由船籍港船舶登记机关核定。船名不得与登记在先的船舶重名或者同音。船舶应当具有下列标志：(一)船首两舷和船尾标明船名;(二)船尾船名下方标明船籍港;(三)船名、船籍港下方标明汉语拼音;(四)船首和船尾两舷标明吃水标尺;(五)船舶中部两舷标明载重线。受船型或者尺寸限制不能在前款规定的位置标明标志的船舶，应当在船上显著位置标明船名和船籍港。法律依据《中华人民共和国船舶登记条例》第三十一条、第十条
