流产假工资怎么发放

法律分析：流产假是算在产假范围内的,所以发放的工资标准也应按照产假期间的标准发放。但是现在流产期间的工资一般不以正常的工资的形式发放，而是采取生育津贴的方式发放，生育津贴是法律对生育的女职工而给予的生活补助，所以在产假期间不工作也是有工资领的，只不过以往一般都是由单位直接发放，而现在一般由生育保险基金给付。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
