给服刑人员存钱如何存

给监狱中的在押人员存钱，可以直接到监狱和管理人员沟通，报上在押人员姓名就可以，如果是亲属在外地，可以致电监狱管理人员，询问是否可以汇款及汇款账号。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例》 第二十八条 看守所的人犯给养费和修缮费，必须全部转入看守所帐户，由看守所直接管理，严禁截留、挪用。使用经费要严格按照规定的范围、标准开支，严格审批手续。除人犯伙食费以外，一次使用经费二百元以内的，由看守所所长批准过二百元的，由主管局、处长批准。
