释义	法律分析：应书面催告限期提货，逾期仍不提的没收定金，将货物另行处理以避免损失扩大。法律依据：《中华人民共和国海商法》第八十六条在卸货港无人提取货物或者收货人迟延、拒绝提取货物的，船长可以将货物卸在仓库或者其他适当场所，由此产生的费用和风险由收货人承担。《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百三十条货物运输到达后，承运人知道收货人的，应当及时通知收货人，收货人应当及时提货。收货人逾期提货的，应当向承运人支付保管费等费用。
