可以改自己的姓氏吗

释义

法律主观：

依据法律规定是可以改姓，公民享有姓名权，有权依法决定、使用、变更自己的姓名，所以在不违背公序良俗的前提下有权利改姓，同理也可以改为自建的姓氏，但是也不能违背公序良俗。

法律客观：

《户口登记条例》第十八条规定，公民变更姓名，依照下列规定办理： (一)未满十八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记; (二)十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更登记。
