杭州房屋保险怎样理赔？ |

法律分析：
1、在损失发生时，及时将事故发生的时间、地点、原因及其他有关情况，以最快方式通知保险公司，以便其查勘；2、被保险人应当积极施救，使损失减少至最低限度；3、要保持损失现场的完整，以等待接受保险人的检验。损失现场是否完整，将影响损失金额的理算和保险人责任的确认；
4、提供必要的索赔文件，包括：保险单、原始单据。如企业帐册、房屋产权证等以及保险事故情况报告书、出险证明书及损失鉴定证明等；
5、保险赔偿金一经双方确认，被保险人即可领取赔偿金。但当赔偿涉及第三者责任时，被保险人还应该出具权益转让书，将向第三者追偿责任的权利转让给保险人，并有义务协助保险人向第三者追偿。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国保险法》 第五十五条 投保人和保险人约定保险标的的保险价值并在合同中载明的，保险标的发生损失时，以约定的保险价值为赔偿计算标准。
投保人和保险人未约定保险标的的保险价值的，保险标的发生损失时，以保险事故发生时保险标的的实际价值为赔偿计算标准。
保险金额不得超过保险价值。超过保险价值的，超过部分无效，保险人应当退还相应的保险费。
保险金额低于保险价值的，除合同另有约定外，保险人按照保险金额与保险价值的比例承担赔偿保险金的责任。
