释义	被裁员后的劳动者是能回原公司。员工被裁减后，如果用人单位重新进行招聘的，劳动者也有意回公司任职的，满足条件是可以招回被裁减职工的，在同等条件下优先录用。用人单位依照相关法律规定依照企业破产法规定进行重整的裁减人员，在六个月内重新招用人员的，应当通知被裁减的人员，并在同等条件下优先招用被裁减的人员。
