释义	会发工资，但如果劳动者没有提前通知用人单位，并且通知后用人单位没有同意的情况下，而提前离职的，如果给用人单位造成损失的，则用人单位有权要求劳动者赔偿损失。用人单位对擅自离职的职工可按旷工处理，给予除名。按照国家规定，自动离职的劳动者不享受任何待遇（企业将有权停止继续缴纳自离职工的社保及公积金)。法律依据:《劳动合同法》第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
