刚交了房租不想租了能退钱吗？

法律分析：
如果租赁合同没有明确押金的性质或规则，则押金作为租赁预付款处理，要返还的。当事人交付押金，但没有约定定金性质的，当事人主张定金权利的，人民法院不予支持。除合同另有约定外，房东应于租赁关系消除且租客迁空、点清并付清所有应付费用后的当天将租房押金全全额无息退还租客。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百七十七条 当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
