释义	法律分析：会无效。注册商标有效期满后需要继续使用的，应当在期满前的12个月内申请续展注册。在此期间未能提出申请的，还有6个月的宽展期。宽展期内仍未提出申请的，期满后商标局将予以注销。商标局对商标续展注册申请审查后，核发商标续展证明，不再另发商标注册证，原商标注册证与商标续展证明一起使用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第一条为了加强商标管理，保护商标专用权，促使生产、经营者保证商品和服务质量，维护商标信誉，以保障消费者和生产、经营者的利益，促进社会主义市场经济的发展，特制定本法。
