释义	法律分析：承包人需要更换项目经理的,应提前14天书面通知发包人和监理人,并征得发包人书面同意。发包人有权书面通知承包人更换其认为不称职的项目经理。承包人在接到通知14天内向发包人提出书面的改进报告,发包人收到改进报告后仍要求更换的,承包人应在接到第二次更换通知的28天内进行更换。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百一十条合同生效后，当事人就质量、价款或者报酬、履行地点等内容没有约定或者约定不明确的，可以协议补充；不能达成补充协议的，按照合同相关条款或者交易习惯确定。
