释义	法律分析：离职证明上的日期是不可以随便更改的，应该如实，在离职时由单位出具。离职证明，是用人单位与劳动者解除劳动关系的书面证明，是用人单位与劳动者解除劳动关系后必须出具的一份书面材料。对于领导修改离职日期，只要离职日期在递交辞职书之后，且在递交辞职书之日开始一个月内都是没有问题的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
