释义	债权人跟随债务人追讨债务的本身并不是违法的行为，但如果有使用暴力追讨债务行为的，就是违法的行为。债权人可以通过采取协商、调解、仲裁或者是诉讼的方式追回欠款。【法律依据】《民事诉讼法》第一百一十九条起诉必须符合下列条件：（一）原告是与本案有直接利害关系的公民、法人和其他组织；（二）有明确的被告；（三）有具体的诉讼请求和事实、理由；（四）属于人民法院受理民事诉讼的范围和受诉人民法院管辖。《民法典》第二百三十三条物权受到侵害的，权利人可以通过和解、调解、仲裁、诉讼等途径解决。
