看守所为什么不让探视？

法律分析：
法律规定家属不能探视是防止家属妨害司法机关调查取证。刑事拘留最长37天，之后一般会有一个结果。“犯罪嫌疑人”，案件在侦察阶段是不可以和外界有联系的，可以见的只能是警察和律师。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国看守所条例》 第二十九条 人犯的近亲属病重或者死亡时，应当及时通知人犯。 人犯的配偶、父母或者子女病危时，除案情重大的以外，经办案机关同意，并经公安机关批准，在严格监护的条件下，允许人犯回家探视。
