释义	法律分析：报案后案件是不会自动销案的，只有案件不符合立案条件时，案件才会被撤销。法律依据：《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百八十三条经过侦查，发现具有下列情形之一的，应当撤销案件： (一)没有犯罪事实的； (二)情节显著轻微、危害不大，不认为是犯罪的； (三)犯罪已过追诉时效期限的； (四)经特赦令免除刑罚的； (五)犯罪嫌疑人死亡的； (六)其他依法不追究刑事责任的。
