办理结婚证一方到场可以办吗

法律分析：事人双方进行结婚登记，必须双方亲自到场，向婚姻登记机关提出结婚登记的申请，不能采取委托他人代理的方式，也不能用书面意见代替本人亲自到场。对于有一方或双方不能本人亲自到场提出结婚登记申请的，婚姻登记机关一律不得进行婚姻登记。夕结婚登记申请须提交的证件。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零四十九条 要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
