释义	业主大会成立的流程有：由五名以上业主提出筹备业主大会书面申请，由居委会递交筹备组；筹备小组组织业主自荐，产生业主委员会候选人；召开大会，记录选票；审议表决章程与管理规约，点票宣布结果。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第十条同一个物业管理区域内的业主，应当在物业所在地的区、县人民政府房地产行政主管部门或者街道办事处、乡镇人民政府的指导下成立业主大会，并选举产生业主委员会。但是，只有一个业主的，或者业主人数较少且经全体业主一致同意，决定不成立业主大会的，由业主共同履行业主大会、业主委员会职责。
