释义	合同无效、被撤销或者终止的，不影响合同中独立存在的有关解决争议方法的条款的效力。此处的有关解决争议方法的条款是指仲裁条款、选择受诉法院的条款、选择检验、鉴定机构的条款、法律适用条款等，但是不包括违约金条款。合同无效，合同中的违约金条款也不能适用。所以说，合同无效的，并非对合同当事人完全没有约束力。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第五百零七条规定，合同不生效、无效、被撤销或者终止的，不影响合同中有关解决争议方法的条款的效力。
