释义	医疗器械生产企业只销售自己合法生产的医疗器械是不需要拿经营许可证的。生产企业销售自己已经注册的产品，无须办理经营许可证，销售其他企业的产品，需要办理经营许可证，不能销售无注册证的产品。生产许可证是允许企业生产、经营许可证是允许企业销售。法律依据：《中华人民共和国基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》第六十五条第一款国家加强对医疗器械的管理，完善医疗器械的标准和规范，提高医疗器械的安全有效水平。
