释义	法律分析：根据法律规定，在具有火灾、爆炸危险的场所吸烟是涉嫌违法的。在公共交通工具、禁止吸烟的室内公共场所吸烟的，由市人民政府确定的行政执法部门责令改正，处五十元罚款节严重的，处二百元罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消防法》第六十三条违反本法规定，有下列行为之一的，处警告或者五百元以下罚款节严重的，处五日以下拘留： (一)违反消防安全规定进入生产、储存易燃易爆危险品场所的(二)违反规定使用明火作业或者在具有火灾、爆炸危险的场所吸烟、使用明火的。
