释义	法律分析：播放者权又被称为广播电视组织权，是指广播电视组织；包括广播电台和电视台依法享有的允许或者禁止他人进行转播、录制和复制的权利，并因授权许可他人而获得经济报酬的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第四十五条广播电台、电视台有权禁止未经其许可的下列行为： (一)将其播放的广播、电视转播。 (二)将其播放的广播、电视录制在音像载体上以及复制音像载体。前款规定的权利的保护期为五十年，截止于该广播、电视首次播放后第五十年的12月31日。
