释义	法律分析：如果行为人确实不知道该女性的实际年龄，也无从知道，但从相貌外观穿着上判断，看着确实很成熟，怎么都不像是幼女，外貌上看确实不出其实际年龄，相貌特征与其实际年龄完全不符的情况下，行为人有合理、充分的理由认为其不是未满十四周岁幼女的情况下，也不应认定为是强奸。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十六条强奸罪，以暴力、胁迫或者其他手段强奸妇女的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
