释义	法律分析: 香港婚姻制度跟我们一样，1842年香港被英国统治后，在社会很多方面进行近代化改造，但就是在婚姻制度上保持着原来制度。根据大清律例允许男子纳妾，上世纪50年代香港政府响应女权主义及平等原则，废除了在香港实行多年的大清律例。故从50年代后期香港实行一夫一妻制，澳门随后也废除大清律例。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十一条婚姻家庭受国家保护。实行婚姻自由、一夫一妻、男女平等的婚姻制度。保护妇女、未成年人、老年人、残疾人的合法权益。
