释义	借款合同变更协议的效力作为补充合同，与原来的借款合同具有同等的法律效力，均是有效的。而在遇到原合同与变更协议共同所约定的事项出现矛盾或者不一致的情况下，往往以后签订的变更协议为准。法律推定，协议双方已经达成了新的合意。所以，应当以新的合意来继续履行协议项下的权利义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
