不可以，按照公务员法的规定，公务员不能从事营利性活动，不能办私人企业，不能在企业参股经营，不能在企业挂职或任职等。【本文所涉及的法律依据】：:《中华人民共和国公务员法》第二条 本法所称公务员，是指依法履行公职、纳入国家行政编制、由国家财政负担薪资福利的工作人员。第十二条 中央公务员主管部门负责全国公务员的综合管理工作。县级以上地方各级公务员主管部门负责本辖区内公务员的综合管理工作。上级公务员主管部门指导下级公务员主管部门的公务员管理工作。各级公务员主管部门指导同级各机关的公务员管理工作。
