释义	一般情况下，为避免更多的股权纠纷与社会矛盾，公司股转让需要双方都要到场的，但是我国法律不强制要求，所以可以委托人去办理。如果转让给公司的股东的，不需要其他股东在场或者同意；如果转让给公司股东以外的人的，则只需要书面经其他股东的过半数同意即可。【法律依据】《公司法》第一百三十七条，股东持有的股份可以依法转让。《公司法》第一百三十八条，股东转让其股份，应当在依法设立的证券交易场所进行或者按照国务院规定的其他方式进行。
