一、一次酒驾第二次醉驾怎么判
1、第一次酒驾处罚：醉酒驾驶机动车辆，吊销驾照，5年内不得重新获取驾照，经过判决后处以拘役，并处罚金；第二次醉驾处罚：醉酒驾驶营运机动车辆，吊销驾照，10年内不得重新获取驾照，终生不得驾驶营运车辆，经过判决后处以拘役，并处罚金。
2、法律依据：《道路交通安全法》第九十一条
饮酒后驾驶机动车的，处暂扣一个月以上三个月以下机动车驾驶证，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款；醉酒后驾驶机动车的，由公安机关交通管理部门约束至酒醒，处十五日以下拘留和暂扣三个月以上六个月以下机动车驾驶证，并处五百元以上二千元以下罚款。
二、朋友涉嫌酒驾一次扣几分
1、饮酒后驾驶机动车一次记12分，酒驾一般分为饮酒驾驶和醉酒驾驶，饮酒驾驶是每100、；血液中的酒精含量大于等于20、p，小于80、p=醉酒驾驶是每100、；血液中的酒精含量大于等于80、p。
2、如果发现驾驶员有饮酒嫌疑，交警可使用呼吸式酒精检测仪现场检验，由检测仪打印出结果，被检人当场签字。如被检人拒绝签字，只要有两名交警在场，检验结果便可生效。酒后驾车扣12分，并处暂扣驾照6个月，罚款1000元至2000元。因饮酒后驾驶机动车被处罚，再次饮酒后驾驶机动车的，将处十日以下拘留，并处1000元以上2000元以下罚款，吊销驾照。
