释义	律师解答：《物权法》明确规定自动续期，但是续多少费用都没有明确。这其实就是土地证会过期的，因为我们的土地年限到了是要重新出让的，重新出让是需要按照市场价来的，当然这个是所谓防止国有资产流失的高标准高价。【法律依据】：《城镇国有土地使用权出让和转让暂行条例》第十二条土地使用权出让高年限按下列用途确定： 1、居住用地70年； 2、工业用地50年； 3、科技、文化、卫生、体育用地50年； 4、商业、旅游、娱乐用地40年； 5、仓储用地50年； 6、综合或者其他用地50年。
