法律分析:
甲方是卖方。买卖合同是一方转移标的物的所有权于另一方，另一方支付价款的合同。转移所有权的一方为出卖人或卖方，支付价款而取得所有权的一方为买受人或者买方。至于谁是买卖合同的甲方，谁是买卖合同的乙方。法律并没有强制性的规定，实践中甲方即可以是买方或者买受人，即支付价款而取得所有权的一方，当然也可以是转移所有权的出卖人或卖方。买卖合同具有以下特征：买卖合同是有偿合同。买卖合同的实质是以等价有偿方式转让标的物的所有权，即出卖人移转标的物的所有权于买方，买方向出卖人支付价款。买卖合同是双务合同。在买卖合同中，买方和卖方都享有一定的权利，承担一定的义务。而且，其权利和义务存在对应关系，即买方的权利就是卖方的义务，买方的义务就是卖方的权利。是双务民事法律行为。买卖合同是诺成合同。买卖合同一般是不要式合同。买卖合同是双方民事法律行为。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十九条 当事人订立合同，可以采用书面形式、口头形式或者其他形式。书面形式是合同书、信件、电报、电传、传真等可以有形地表现所载内容的形式。以电子数据交换、电子邮件等方式能够有形地表现所载内容，并可以随时调取查用的数据电文，视为书面形式。
