释义	律师解析：北京定向安置房可以买卖，所谓定向安置房是指因城市规划、土地开发等原因进行定向，而安置给被定向人或承租人居住使用的房屋。如果不是定向安置户而购买定向安置房不能申请公积金贷款。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》第三十八条未依法登记领取权属证书的房地产不得转让，所以没有取得房产证的安置房不能上市交易。该法还规定共有房地产，未经其他共有人书面同意的不得转让，所以购房者遇到市场上出售的房主没有房产证的房源不要买，遇到安置房出售没有征得房产共有人同意的也不要买。
