派出所如何处置流浪汉 |

派出所接到流浪汉首先会先对其进行询问姓名，归属地，家属联系方式，以及家庭住址等相关信息，并且询问为什么在外面流浪不回家的原因。随后与之联系家属，让家属到派出所认领。如有违法嫌疑情况，可对其进行检查。
根据法律规定，国家鼓励、支持社会组织和个人救助流浪乞讨人员，县级以上人民政府民政部门负责流浪乞讨人员的救助工作，并对救助站进行指导、监督。
救助站对属于救助对象的求助人员，应当及时提供救助，不得拒绝；对不属于救助对象的求助人员，应当说明不予救助的理由。
派出所和公安局的区别如下：
1、派出所属于公安局的派出单位，在行政上归属公安局管辖，其行政权力相对较小，只负责辖区的治安管理；
2、公安局是派出所的上级机关，其负责本辖区的所有治安管理和刑事案件的立案侦查等，但专属于检察院、国家安全机关和监狱管辖的案件除外；
3、小的案件一般在派出所报，也可以直接在公安局直接报案。设立派出所的目的主要是为了给本辖区提供方便。

为了对在城市生活无着的流浪、乞讨人员（以下简称流浪乞讨人员）实行救助，保障其基本生活权益，完善社会救助制度，制定本办法。
