释义	医保卡上的钱不能异地转移。参保人员医保关系由本市转移至外省市,市医保经办机构根据其实际缴费情况对其个人账户资金进行清算。账户有结余的，市医保经办机构将其账户结余资金汇入指定的转入地医保经办机构的账户。转外地人员基本医疗个人账户有结余且转入地医保部门不接受的，账户实际结余资金可根据本人意愿划入其亲属等人的个人账户；或可支付本人的医疗费用，或转入调入单位由其负责报销本人医药费。
