释义	法律分析：土地使用年限没有永久年限，但是期满后可以自动续期，继续使用该土地。我国法律规定土地使用年限最高为70年，最低为40年，自取得土地使用证之日起开始计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城镇国有土地使用权出让和转让暂行条例》第十二条土地使用权出让最高年限按下列用途确定： 1、居住用地70年； 2、工业用地50年； 3、教育、科技、文化、卫生、体育用地年限为50年； 4、商业、旅游、娱乐用地40年； 5、仓储用地50年； 6、综合或者其他用地50年。
