释义	法律分析: 律师函是律师对某一事实进行法律评价和风险估计，目的在于以法律尺度和律师的判断，对送达对象晓之以法律事实，动之以利弊得失，让送达对象得出自己的“法律评价”，即“传法达意”，因此律师函的本质是一种委托代理进行意思表示的法律行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国律师法》第三条律师执业必须遵守宪法和法律，恪守律师职业道德和执业纪律。律师执业必须以事实为根据，以法律为准绳。律师执业应当接受国家、社会和当事人的监督。律师依法执业受法律保护，任何组织和个人不得侵害律师的合法权益。
