劳动合同有错别字是否有法律效力

法律分析:
对于有错别字的劳动合同，属于合同瑕疵，经双方当事人协商一致，是可以补正的，劳动合同只要内容真实合法，不违反法律强制性规定，就是有法律效力的。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第十六条 劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
