70多岁老人瞒着子女签订的协议有效吗？
释义
法律分析：老人如具有民事行为能力则具有法律效力。如果签字时，甲方向老人宣读了协议内容，老人是在没有被胁迫或精神状态正常的情况下签的字，这份协议是那时那地老人的真实意思表示，那这份就有效。如果不是这样，并且有其他证人以够证明，那这份协议就是无效协议。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
第一百四十四条 无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。
第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。
