释义	法律分析: 公证书是公证处根据当事人申请，依照事实和法律，按照法定程序制作的具有特殊法律效力的司法证明书。经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据。《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十二条公证书应当按照国务院司法行政部门规定的格式制作，由公证员签名或者加盖签名章并加盖公证机构印章。公证书自出具之日起生效。公证书应当使用全国通用的文字；在民族自治地方，根据当事人的要求，可以制作当地通用的民族文字文本。
