释义	法律分析：可以公证的，没有强制要求的。是否公证全凭继承人的自愿。但是为了避免以后的纠纷，办理公证可能更有法律效力。公证是采取自愿原则的，也就是做出放弃遗产的意思表示，自己通过书面表述明示出来，就可以发生效力。当继承人要求只继承部分遗产时，公证机构应当为当事人先办理继承权公证，再为其办理遗产的析产协议或放弃遗产的公证。法律依据：根据《公证法》第25条规定，自然人、法人或者其他组织申请办理公证，可以向住所地、经常居住地、行为地或者事实发生地的公证机构提出。
