释义	我国不可以进行同性结婚登记，进行婚姻登记的必须是一男一女。两个成年同性如果去民政局申请办理结婚登记，民政局可以不受理，因为登记同性间婚姻缺乏法律依据，不属于其受理登记范围。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十六条结婚应当男女双方完全自愿，禁止任何一方对另一方加以强迫，禁止任何组织或者个人加以干涉。
