释义	法律分析：我国法律上是没有临时工的，如果临时工是指非全日制用工的，双方可以随时解除用工关系，如果是非全日制用工以外的用工方式，不得随便解除劳动关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。第七十一条非全日制用工双方当事人任何一方都可以随时通知对方终止用工。终止用工，用人单位不向劳动者支付经济补偿。
