周日不上班被按旷工处理怎么办

法律分析：不算是旷工。 但还要根据和公司签订的劳动合同来决定,如果劳动合同上注明星期六、星期天是该职工的正常休息日,根据法律规定,在休息日进行加班要取得职工本人的同意,如果职工在星期六、星期天不去上班的,不属于旷工。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第九十条 用人单位违反本法规定，延长劳动者工作时间的，由劳动行政部门给予警告，责令改正，并可以处以罚款。
