释义	法律分析: 电动自行车售出之日起15日内，电机、控制器、传动系统、制动系统等主要部件发生性能故障不能正常使用的，消费者可以选择修理或换货。法律依据: 《关于电动自行车修理、更换、退货责任的规定》第二条在安徽省境内电动自行车的销售及修理、更换、退货，应当遵守本规定。第三条电动自行车三包实行谁销售谁负责的原则。销售商与生产商、销售商与供货商、销售商与特约修理商之间订立的合同，不得免除本规定明确的三包责任。
