释义	自愿给钱属于赠与在金钱还没转移前赠与人可以任意撤销金钱转移后除非存在以下三种情况可以撤销不然不能撤销：一，受赠人严重侵害赠与人或其近亲属二，有抚养义务的受赠人不履行义务三，受赠人不履行赠与时的合同义务法律依据:《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
