释义	法律分析：根据我国未成年人保护法、劳动法以及相关法律法规的规定，我国法定用工年龄为16周岁。但已满十六周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人，不可以从事过重、有毒又或者是有害等危险工作，其他一般工作可以从事。未满16周岁从事劳动的未成年人称为童工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第三十八条任何组织或者个人不得招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，国家另有规定的除外。已满十六周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人，不得从事过重、有毒、有害等危险工作。
