释义	连带债务，“按份债务”的对称。是指具有连带关系的多数债务人所承担的债务。根据连带债务，任何一个连带债务人都有义务向债权人履行全部义务。经债务人中一人作出全部履行后，债即消灭。连带债务是连带之债的一种，数个债务人均有义务对债权人作全部给付的债务。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百一十八条，债权人为二人以上，部分或者全部债权人均可以请求债务人履行债务的，为连带债权;债务人为二人以上，债权人可以请求部分或者全部债务人履行全部债务的，为连带债务。连带债权或者连带债务，由法律规定或者当事人约定。
